After founding, scaling, and selling multiple companies—including one he led for over 20 years—Joseph saw a common thread in the businesses he invested in: hard-working founders lacking the operational structure and financial discipline needed to scale.
Joseph created Sparq to bridge that gap.
He now leads a powerhouse team of operators, finance pros, marketers, and supply chain experts, helping brands increase efficiency, protect cash flow, and build sustainable growth engines. His mission? To give companies access to the knowledge, systems, and strategy usually reserved for the boardroom.
Ella Ye
Director of International Procurement & Product Management

Ella brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience in sourcing, price negotiation, and product lifecycle management—spanning sectors like consumer electronics, telecom, electric vehicles, and soft goods.
She holds an MBA from Beijing University and is fluent in both Mandarin and English, bridging global communication effortlessly.
As the head of Sparq’s Shenzhen-based operations team, Ella leads a 12-person department of engineers, product managers, and QA/QC experts. Her deep manufacturing relationships across China are instrumental in delivering speed, reliability, and cost savings for Sparq clients.

Tracy has spent years building and managing global supply chains—negotiating contracts, vetting vendors, and designing procurement systems that reduce costs and increase agility.
At Sparq, she spearheads new project sourcing initiatives, ensuring the right suppliers, pricing, and protocols are in place for scalable success. From product launch to supply chain stability, Tracy ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
